New Features
Community Board
A new communication tool on your dashboard allows you to share quick or important updates with the entire LCO team. Think birthday messages or reminders!
Budget Tracker
Account Managers can now use the budget tracker section to monitor budgeting needs. They can add multiple budgets, such as waiver funding streams and personal budgets.
Enhanced Reporting Measures for Managers via LCO Analytics
This allows a comprehensive overview of the organization and allows managers to oversee accounts supported on LCO from both staff and participant perspectives, providing a holistic view of organizational activity. Additionally, it enables you to generate detailed reports for executive staff, including insights such as last logins and planning tool completion rates.
Product Updates
Schedule
Our new and improved schedule features color coding and the ability to set recurring events. You can now edit or delete all events in a series or just individual occurrences. Additionally, you can search for events, filter them by supporters tagged to the event, and even manage overlapping events.
Documents
The document management system now includes the ability to filter documents, set and tag documents, and search through them effectively. You can also set custom permissions for each document individually and categorize and filter documents by domain.
Mobile Updates
All the features listed above are now available on mobile, including permissions (LESS, LEAST, MORE) and tasks on goals.
